BIOGENA expands into pharmacies in Austria, Germany and Italy

Salzburg, 2nd of October 2026. BIOGENA is expanding its presence in the healthcare sector: since 1st October, pharmacies in Austria, Germany and Italy have been able to order and stock the company’s products. For BIOGENA, this move is a further step towards making micronutrients available in settings where personalised advice plays a key role. At the same time, the company is offering interested pharmacies the opportunity to get to know BIOGENA as a distribution partner.

In Austria and Germany, pharmacies have access to the full BIOGENA range. In Italy, the range is being launched with a selected range of products. The range includes, amongst other things, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, omega-3 fatty acids and probiotics, as well as complementary product groups for sport and beauty.

BIOGENA combines the development and production of high-quality micronutrient products in Austria with a comprehensive range of knowledge resources. In addition to the product range, pharmacy teams have access to expert support and practical training and continuing professional development courses offered by the BIOGENA Academy.

This includes training to become a Micronutrient Coach®, which is offered as face-to-face sessions, live online or flexibly on demand. The content ranges from the basics and quality criteria to interactions between micronutrients and medicines. Supplementary specialist training and materials support the application of this knowledge in day-to-day consultations.
