What is the BIOGENA Club?

The BIOGENA Club is an exclusive customer program that allows you to collect loyalty points with every purchase and benefit from special advantages such as discounts and exclusive offers. As a member, you can redeem your collected points flexibly and receive personalized recommendations for new products.

What are the benefits of being a BIOGENA Club member?

Depending on your level, you collect different amounts of loyalty points and can get discounts on your purchases faster. From the Silver level onwards, you also benefit from free package shipping and many other exclusive goodies.

How do I become a BIOGENA Club member?

As soon as you create a BIOGENA customer account, you will automatically become a club member. From this point on, you collect credits with every purchase and benefit from numerous advantages.

Where can I view my club status?

In your customer account under "BIOGENA Club", you can always see which club level you're at, how many credits you currently have, and which benefits you're receiving.

Can my loyalty points expire?

Your collected loyalty points will expire on September 30th of each year if you haven't made any purchases within the 12-month period (between October 1st and September 30th) – returns are excluded. This doesn't apply to club members who hold the Silver, Gold, or Diamond status by September 30th.

How can I cancel my club membership?

Your club account is automatically linked to your customer account, making shopping easier for you. If you still want to delete your account, your membership will be deactivated as well. To delete your account, please email club@biogena.com. Please note that the process may take up to a month.

How do I use my loyalty points?

Bronze status: 1 € = 1 creditSilver status: 1 € = 1 creditGold status: 1 € = 2 creditsDiamond status: 1 € = 3 creditsOnce you've collected enough loyalty points, you can flexibly redeem them for real money during checkout: 25 credits = 1 € discount.

Does the credit system apply to BIOGENA PETS?

Yes, your credit account is cross-shop usable: When you're logged into your customer account, you can collect and redeem credits in both the BIOGENA PETS shop and the BIOGENA online store – completely flexible.
