BIOGENA among Europe’s best employers

Salzburg, 17th of September 2026. BIOGENA is one of Europe’s best employers: Great Place To Work® has ranked the Salzburg-based healthcare company 64th in the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe™ 2026 category. This means that BIOGENA is among the 100 recognised companies that stand out in a Europe-wide comparison for their particularly trusting workplace culture.

The award is based on confidential survey data relating to actual workplace experience. Factors assessed include trust, a culture of innovation, corporate values put into practice, and leadership. Furthermore, the ranking takes into account how the workplace experience compares across various European markets.

For years, BIOGENA has been committed not only to driving forward innovations in healthcare, but also, through its People-Planet-Profit strategy, to creating an environment in which people can realise their full potential. Great Place To Work® identified the Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe™ 2026 based on an analysis of workplace culture and a survey of more than 1.5 million employees, representing over 2.4 million employees across Europe. 260,000 responses were received from organisations that qualified for the list; the ranking is based on these responses. Eligibility criteria included Great Place To Work Certified™ status, having between 50 and 499 employees in Europe, and having been recognised on at least one national Best Workplaces™ list during the relevant period.
