Salzburg, 22 May 2026 – BIOGENA has once again been recognised as one of Austria’s best employers at the prestigious “Best Workplaces Austria 2026” awards organised by Great Place To Work®. The company took 2nd place in the L category (250 to 500 employees).
The award is based on an anonymous employee survey and an independent analysis of corporate culture, and measures in particular the level of trust within the company. More than 40,000 employees from all participating companies assess aspects including credibility, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit.
Corporate culture as a key to success
“This award means a great deal to us because it comes directly from our colleagues. It validates our approach to creating a corporate culture based on trust, purpose, personal development and genuine collaboration,” says Julia Hoffmann, COO.
For years, BIOGENA has pursued the goal not only of driving forward health innovations, but also, through its People-Planet-Profit strategy, of creating a working environment in which people can realise their full potential. Individual development opportunities, work-life integration, modern leadership approaches and a strongly values-based working culture form central elements of the company’s culture.
Trust fosters innovation and collaboration
The latest findings from the Great Place To Work® study show that companies with a strong culture of trust are more successful, innovative and resilient in the long term. Trust is regarded as a key factor in employee retention, agility and sustainable business success.
“Especially in a time of constant change, it becomes clear just how important a strong sense of community and a shared set of values are. We would therefore like to thank our entire team, who bring our culture to life with passion every day,” said Julia Hoffmann.
With this latest award, BIOGENA has, for the 11th consecutive year, underlined its claim to be one of Austria’s most attractive employers whilst setting new standards for modern corporate culture.
