You do not have to set up an account. However, if you do not set up an account, you have to enter all of your personal information every time you place a new order. Moreover, it is not possible to enjoy the benefits of the Biogena Club without an account.

Currently, Biogena ships to Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estland, Finnland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Croatia, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Hungaria and Cyprus. To all other countries, shipment just on request.

We regularly update our website with new content about the Biogena world. It can happen that display errors occur due to the cache memory. The cache stores website data on your PC so that the website can be loaded more quickly the next time you visit it. If something on the website is changed, it can happen that it comes to representation problems. These problems can easily be solved by following the instructions below, depending on your browser:

You can enter and use vouchers while placing an order. It is not possible to use the voucher after placing the order (e.g. as a discount from the invoice amount).
