We generally recommend 1 serving of BIOGENA ONE per day. But if you want more, you can treat yourself to a second stick!
In general, you can drink BIOGENA ONE on an empty stomach - try out how you like it best! As a morning routine, a liquid break in the office, before training or as an after-work refreshment.
BIOGENA ONE should not be consumed by infants, children and adolescents under the age of 14, or pregnant and breastfeeding women.
BIOGENA ONE contains no artificial colors. The green color is 100% natural and comes from the botanicals and algae it contains.
